There’s nothing worse than insomnia, and that’s why so many people are searching for effective herbal sleep remedies. I know how I felt when I had insomnia. Night after night I’d toss and turn, any small sound would irritate the heck out of me, and after getting to sleep at some ridiculous hour of the night, I’d wake again a couple of hours later only to go through the whole thing again.

A Natural Herbal Sleep Remedy that Works
I tried a couple of herbal sleep remedies that I purchased from my local health food store, and experienced a bit of relief, but not as much as I’d have liked. I also had a prescription for some medication from my doctor, which I’d take when I was desperate, but preferred not to as it left me feeling groggy the next day. I finally found a book called the Home Made Medicine E-Book, that had herbal remedies for over 300 ailments including insomnia. I was skeptical, of course, that I’d find something that would work for me, but nevertheless, I was desperate so I purchased the book.
Boy am I glad I did! I made up a herbal sleep remedy as soon as I had all the ingredients together, and took it as instructed. While I didn’t fall asleep the instant my head hit the pillow, I did drift off into a natural sleep within half an hour of getting into bed (which had to be a record for me), I also slept straight through for a few hours, and after waking during the night I was able to get back to sleep again without hours more tossing and turning. It is possible to make your own herbal sleep remedies that really work, and I recommend that if you DO have insomnia, you learn how to make some yourself!
