There is no doubt that the majority of the population of the world have looked with envy at the biceps of someone else. They may have tried and failed to increase muscle mass in that area themselves, or maybe they never got around to trying. Perhaps they wish they had the time.

All of them know that there would be endless benefits to having big biceps. Perhaps you aren’t aware of those yourself, or perhaps you have a little bit of knowledge but a little bit extra would tip you over the edge and provide you with the final piece of motivation you need. So let’s list some of the benefits of big bulging biceps.

1. Sexiness – There isn’t a woman out there who doesn’t prefer her man to have nice, big, strong, protective arms to keep her warm and safe at night. This has been the case since the dawn of mankind. But don’t fall into the trap of believing that men are the only gender to benefit in the romance department.

2. Strength – Chances are that at some time in your life, you have tried to lift an object and found that it was either too heavy or it really strained you. Having bigger, stronger arms is a great way to ensure that you are as handy as you are sexy.

3. Fitness – There is a strong link between strength and fitness. Strong people are far more likely to be fit, and the reverse is also true. If nothing else, you will have spent a lot more time in the gym, or at least doing quality workouts.

4. Self Worth – This doesn’t mean that you will have an overly inflated ego. It just means that you will experience a level of confidence you haven’t felt before. You won’t be the only one to notice either. Your improved positive outlook on life will be as noticeable as your massive biceps.

5. Healthiness – Bicep workouts in particular will increase the blood flow your brain is getting. This is extremely beneficial as it improves your attention as well as cognitive function. Not to mention the fact that you will be burning calories which always helps.

I hope you are now inspired to do something about your bicep workouts.
