Your Herbal Healing Guide
The Herbal Healing Guide is a new website that aims to provide you with information about all manner of healing herbs and herbal products. As the site is new, we don't yet have a great quantity of information, but what we do have is growing. You'll find out a lot of information about such topics as herbal beauty, obtaining useful herbal information, the benefits of using herbal extracts, using a herbal detox as well as using herbal remedies to obtain optimal health.
Over the following days and weeks we'll also be adding articles about different herbs and the way they are used in medicine (including a description of each herb, how it's used and its benefits). We'll also be adding detailed information about the use of herbs for treating particular maladies and conditions. For now, just read on and see what's already here!

Black cohosh is also efficient in stimulating mucus production and thus helps relieve the congestion resulting from cold, flu, or other respiratory ailments. Traditionally, it has been used to treat poisonous snake bites and relieve hot flashes, menstrual cramps, morning sickness, and pain.
